Can I compete in the Regional meet if I miss the District qualifying meet?

Athletes taking the ACT/SAT or planning to compete in a national competition that conflicts with the Gulf qualifying meets may request a waiver into the next qualifying meet with proper documentation through the AAU Waivers Committee.

Complete the AAUTF-Waiver-Submission.pdf form and submit it to the aauwaivers@aausports.org.

I have an athlete competing in Triple Jump. I don’t see it on the District meet. Where do I register?

Triple jump is only contested at the Region 17 National Qualifier. You can register your athlete in that event any time before the assigned deadline.
